On the clay-limestone slopes of the Serein valley, the Goulley family crafts Chablis and Burgundy wines true to their terroir, balancing artisanal rigor with respect for the living land.
Discover our wines
Since Robert Goulley took over the family vineyard in 1950, three generations have followed one another on these slopes overlooking the Serein valley. Now run by Frédéric Goulley, the estate cultivates a precise craft: careful harvesting, gentle pressing, and tank fermentation to reveal the distinctive minerality of Chablis' Kimmeridgian soils.
A genuine commitment to the environment guides every step, from vine to cellar, producing wines of character that sincerely express their origin.
